Vector Space Station (for Quest 2/3) PRERELEASE
A downloadable game
Did you love Echo VR? Come to Vector to experience zero gravity movement, play with toys, manipulate and observe planetary orbits, shoot guns around pseudo-gravity fields to hit a target, learn about how four-dimensional objects work, and (if you have the constitution for it) try out the 6-degrees of freedom movement mode to experience what zero-gravity REALLY looks like.
Vector Space Station is a place where you will accidentally learn things while having fun playing with them. Currently this is a single player game, but may be expanded later on if there is support.
Currently known bugs, please let me know if you encounter others OR if you want to suggest features to add to the station:
- loading screen blank is far too long.
- need to pause when the user enters the Quest menu (right hand menu button).
- the 4-dimensional objects in the tutorial station need dynamic attach.
- The 6-degrees-of-freedom controls need to be acceleration based, not instant speed, to reduce dizziness, as well as an option for the turn shroud.
- toggling the 6DF controls back to normal doesn't preserve the y-axis value, but should.
